How do I know which service pathway is right for my watch?

We begin with a written intake assessment for every piece. This allows us to discuss our observations with you before recommending a pathway — so the decision is informed rather than assumed. You are welcome to bring your watch in or write to us first.

How long does a mechanical watch service typically take?

Following reassembly, movements are regulated across multiple positions and observed over several days. We prefer to allow adequate time rather than rush the regulation process. Clients are informed of the expected timeline at intake.

What happens during case restoration if my watch has a vintage patina?

We understand that original surface character is often part of a vintage watch's appeal. Owners may request conservation-only treatment, where refinishing is reserved for surfaces where wear has materially compromised the appearance. We will not refinish without your explicit agreement.

What does the Premium Restoration Programme include?

The programme combines a full movement service, case and bracelet restoration with conservation in mind, gasket renewal and pressure testing, dial and hands review, and component sourcing where appropriate. A photographic record covers each stage, and a written condition report is prepared on completion. The owner is consulted before any non-reversible action.

Do you source replacement parts if needed?

For the Premium Restoration Programme, sourcing of correct replacement components is included where appropriate. The timeline of ten to sixteen weeks accounts for parts availability. Any parts sourcing decision is discussed and confirmed with the owner before proceeding.

How are your pricing figures structured?

Published figures represent starting prices for each service pathway. Final pricing is confirmed following the intake assessment, once the scope of work is understood. We discuss all cost implications with the owner before work proceeds. All figures are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
